3. The relationship between humans and god are very close it is like they hold it very close to their heart. The gods are very sacred and they all owe everything to them and they depend on them

4. The tone of the speaker are hard to explain it is like a Rabbi or a Minister giving a sermon in the middle of the service but in song talking to the gods. This is their church for them with the drums and the paint and colors of the gods.

5. I think the Obatala (God of Creation) because it kind of fits in today for most religions because a lot of people think they owe everything and anything to their god of choice and it was kind of the same thing in West Africa with all their gods.

Reality Telivision

I think reality television is the stupidest thing anyone came up with. But for some reason i keep getting drawn into it i have to go back every week for a new episode. And now it seems like every single show on television is a reality show from The Real World to Fear Factor they are all the same But For some strange reason we all keep going back to our television sets to watch them each week.

My favorite television show is Heros it is really good it is about abnormal people all around the world and some how come together and help each other while they are trying to find out what is wrong with them. it allways has a cath to every episode. You should watch it sometime.

I found a lot of groups that help, donate and treat diseases in africa and they all wouldn't be in buisness if there were not any volenteers. I think it was a horrible tradgety but some people that died wouldnt have. I am talking about the people who jumped of the top stories that thought the were doomed.Some of those people would have found an escape but instead they took the last thrill of thier life and jumped a hundred and somthing stories to thier death on the streets of Manhatten.I dont think thats right how do you lose so much hope that you think your only choice is to jump

Mandela and Pericles

1.They were both heroes in there own certain way end everyone respects them for that reason and more.Steven Biko was fighting for African Americans to be equal to everyone else. The soldiers were fighting for their town just like the soldiers today fight for our country and they have so much heart and dedication and that is why they are heroes.
2.He needs to keep the memory alive because Biko dedicated his life for what he believed in and if that isn't hero quality I don't know what is.

Myname is Ryan I am originally from Nashua,New Hampshire that is rigt out side of Boston. That is where i grew up for 10 years then my family wanted to move down to Sarasota,Florida and i could'nt fight them about it I was only 10 years old. The religion of ancient Greeks had no sacred writings. Unlike the Jews, Christians, and Muslims.
The Gods had some human characteristics such as love, hate, and jealousy. But they also lived forever. Some features of the democracy were only 1/5th of the population could run. Some of the greatest thinkers of ancient Greece were Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle. The Olympics had many games that they all had to play naked such as boxing, javelin, discus, and races. The language was easy to use because the letters that we use to day look some what similar to there letters.

This girl from near New Orleans and she said the biggest holiday out there is Mardi Gras. But I don't agree with that really because Mardi Gras isn't really a holiday when you think of holiday you think of Christmas, Hanukkah, Valentines Day. I just am appalled ha ha. I guess i just don't agree.

The person that I wrote to talked about the movie Talledaga Nights and she thought it was hilarious and she asked for any other good funny movies. I said watch the movie Wedding Crashers it is hilarious with Owen Wilson,Vince Vaughn, and Will Ferrel. It is about two guys that crash weddings so they get girls. But in the long run they find out its wrong because they both find true love.

Quest Story

Now instead of some old tall tales of quest stories like we use to listen to we have movies that live up to those tales or better. One of my favorites is The Odyssey which is a classic. It is about a guy named Odyseus who traveled with his crew to go home from the Trojan war. But on the way he ran into some obsticles along the way such as most of the Greek Gods like Posiden,Athena, and Hermes just to name a few.
Odyseus sets off from Ithaca to go Fight the Trojan war in Troy. They get over to Troy fine and win. But on the way back they tend to run into some problems when Odyseus was arragent to Posiden, so when they started to sail back to Ithaca Posiden made the sea take him to the island of the Cyclops.Whom which they did outsmart and blind. Then Posidens wrath took them to a island with the god of wind who gives them a bag full of storms and the crew opens it in curiosity which blows them back to Circe's shores. Were they got turned into animals until Odyseus has sex with Circe. then she sends them into the Underworld were Odyseus seeks the blind profit Tyresius who sends them through a passage way that had scylla a man eating beast with eight heads and a typhoon in the middle of the water called Charybdis that sinks everything near it.
The vortex sunk Odyseus's ship and his men but not him and he drifted out to sea and landed on the shore of the Greek God Helios whos passion fell in love with Odyseus and made him stay for nine years then he sails home finally to Ithica.
